These Terms apply to your use of the Gõdskaar website and to digital products sold under the Yonder Pixels / Gõdskaar brand, unless a product page, license file, or marketplace listing states otherwise.
Website use
You may browse and use this site for lawful personal or business purposes related to learning about, evaluating, and purchasing products. You may not misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, scrape restricted content, or use the site in a way that harms the service or other users.
Product availability
Products, pricing, release timing, images, previews, and descriptions may change over time. Stand-in art, prototype renders, and work-in-progress presentation may be used before final launch or before a product is finalized.
Digital product license
Unless a different license is clearly provided with a product, purchases are for personal use only. You may download, print, and use purchased files for your own tabletop gaming, painting, and hobby use.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, upload, commercially cast, commercially print for sale, or otherwise exploit the files or derivative digital assets unless Yonder Pixels gives you written permission or offers a separate commercial license.
Printed miniatures and physical items
If printed miniatures or other physical items are offered in the future, product pages may include extra terms related to shipping, handling times, breakage, returns, and regional availability.
Checkout and fulfillment
Orders, payment processing, download delivery, and customer account features are handled through Payhip and related payment providers. By completing a purchase, you may also be subject to their terms, policies, and technical requirements.
Refunds
Because digital downloads can be accessed immediately, refunds may be limited except where required by law or where a product is materially defective and cannot reasonably be fixed or replaced. Any marketplace-specific refund rules shown at checkout will also apply.
Intellectual property
All site content, product art, product names, branding, logos, text, images, sculpts, downloadable files, and related materials are owned by Yonder Pixels or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Disclaimers
Products are provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. Resin printing results can vary depending on printer settings, resin choice, scaling, supports, and user experience. Preview images are intended to show the product clearly but may not represent every possible print result.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yonder Pixels will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after updated Terms are posted means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
